Delivery / Returns

We at Xtreme Impulse make it a goal to never leave a customer dissatisfied. We work hard to make sure that every order is correct and sent out in a timely manner.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the time the order is placed as long as the products are returned in the same re-sellable condition deemed by us. All shortages must be reported within 30 days as well. If the item(s) is defective,Xtreme Impulse will replace the item and pay for the return shipping. Only the item will be replaced; not the entire survival kit. If an item is damaged by UPS during the shipment, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact UPS directly. Insurance is issued free up to $100 but insurance must be paid for in advance if the customer wants insurance over $100. If an order is placed in error, the product total will be refunded once the products have been returned but the shipping charge as well as the return shipping cost will not be refunded. Food and water products can not be returned to be re-sold according to law, therefore refunds for food and water products will not be issued.

Orders returned for any reason other than defective merchandise: the shipping charges will not be refunded and there will be a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original charge of the order.

Methods of Payment

Xtreme Impulse requires payment to be made by one of the following methods:

Paypal Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or Echeck

Cancelled Orders

All cancelled orders will be subject to a 2.5% charge for the credit card transaction fee which we incur.

Production Lead Times

For large orders of survival kits, we may require a lead time. We also may require a lead time for large product orders as well.

The above figures represent estimates. If something occurs out of our control which delays the shipment, Xtreme Impulse will not be held responsible. Shipping times vary depending on the destination of the products.

Shipment Charges

Shipments are sent out UPS. For all orders under $10, there is a small order handling fee of $3 added to the total. For orders under $20, a small order handling fee of $2 will be added. We ship all orders out within 2-5 business days. We often are able to make same day shipments for no additional charge. Some times shortages may occur with products. If there are circumstances where we do not have an item to fulfill an order, we will notify the customer by the next business day. We will either ship the products we do have and then make a second shipment for the missing items as soon as we receive them, or we will wait to ship the entire order together to lower the shipping charges. Please note that it is rare that this will occur but uncontrollable circumstances may cause shortages. All risk of loss shall pass to Buyer upon delivery to carrier (normally UPS). Buyer shall be responsible for obtaining insurance if desired. Shipments going to Canada may have an additional customs charge not handled by Xtreme Impulse. It will be the distributor or customers responsibility to find out the customs charges for shipments going out of the USA.

Tax

State tax will be charged in California at the going rate of 7.25% and Texas at the going rate of 8.25%. If an order is placed out of state, the Buyer will be responsible to pay Use Tax according to the state law where the Buyer resides.
